ROBERT E. CADOFF, M.D.

After finishing his undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Arizona, Dr. Cadoff completed his urology residency at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. He has been practicing urology for nine years in a busy private practice in Billings, Montana, and returned to Phoenix in 2000. Dr. Cadoff is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology and a member of the American Urologic Association and the local professional associations. In addition to general urology, Dr. Cadoff specializes in microsurgical vasectomy reversal and infertility.

MATTHEW E. KARLOVSKY, M.D.

Dr. Karlovsky completed medical school at the State University of New York-Brooklyn College of Medicine in 1998. He went on to complete his urology residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2004, with part of his training at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He completed fellowship training in Female Urology, Neurourology, and Prosthetics at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York in June 2005. In addition to general urology, he specializes in the treatment of female and male incontinence, female genital prolapse, and voiding dysfunction. He is certified by the American Board of Urology, and a member of the American Urological Association, and the American Urogynecological Society. He had presented original work at various meetings, and has numerous publications and book chapters on various subjects. Dr. Karlovsky has been practicing since 2005.

KEVIN R. BIGELOW, M.D.

Dr. Bigelow recently completed urology training from Cornell University, Weill Medical College in New York. He has advanced training in Da Vinci robotic and laparoscopic surgery for the prostate and kidney from world renowned robotics experts Dr. Ash Tewari at Cornell, and Dr. Bertrand Guillonneau at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Dr. Bigelow was raised in Rochester, NY and earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biochemistry from The University of Chicago. He then graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from The University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine.
